HOW TO REGISTER
To register for the Event, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. The registration process consists of three easy steps:
Fill out the Personal data form and receive a password
Click the Registration button and choose your registration fee
Pay on-line by debit/credit card or by bank transfer
For group registration (more than 10 participants), please contact the Event Secretariat at eee2026@guarant.cz
METHODS OF PAYMENT
Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:
1. Credit or Debit Card
For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard and Visa.
2. Bank Transfer
The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol (details of payment) will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.
Please note that bank transfer payments will only be accepted by 29 May 2026 only. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.
All bank transfer amounts should be minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer is the responsibility of each party.
FINAL INVOICE
The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The Event Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at eee2026@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Event.

In case of any change in registration, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, GUARANT International reserves the right to charge a 30 EUR handling fee.
Name change
If you are prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change. Name changes should be reported in writing to the Event Secretariat at eee2026@guarant.cz. No name change will be possible after 12 May 2026.
GUARANT International (further referred to also as the Event Secretariat) has been appointed the official hotel accommodation agent and will gladly handle all related arrangements. Accommodation is provided hotels near the Austria Trend Hotel Savoyen Vienna.
Important Notice Regarding Hotel Booking Scams
GUARANT International strongly advises all participants not to engage with unauthorized vendors or companies that may contact you via phone or email offering hotel reservations at “discounted event rates.” These entities often attempt to collect personal information, including credit card details, and are not affiliated with the official event. If you are contacted by any company claiming to offer attendee lists or hotel deals, do not respond and report the incident to our team.
All prices quoted are per room per night including breakfast, 13% VAT. If the price does not include city tax, please note that the tax is calculated as 3.2% of the net accommodation cost (excluding VAT and breakfast).
Should VAT change before the beginning of the Event, the Event Secretariat will automatically change the price of your hotel room and inform you in writing about the new price.
Please note that price of accommodation is not included in the registration fees.
How to make a reservation
To make a hotel reservation, it is necessary to contact the event secretariat or use the official hotel booking link.
Reservations will be processed on a “first come, first-served” basis. We recommend that you book your accommodation as soon as possible.
A credit card will be required to guarantee the reservation.
Once you complete your reservation via the hotel booking link, please follow the hotel’s instructions regarding any changes, cancellations, No Show policy or other modifications. These details will be sent to you by the hotel to the email address you provide during the booking process.
Please be informed that the hotel may request a guarantee for any extras either by credit card pre-authorisation or by requiring a deposit.
